For sabji head the butter..dein mix onion and capsicum with a pinch of turmeric and salt at low flame after that mix tomato chaat masala and paneer and then again cook it at low flame

For gravy heat oil in a pan..mix onion for some time until it turn red then mix ginger garlic paste and mix tomato puree,turmeric.red chilli powder.kasoori Methi,salt,garam masala,and all other spices..ones oil is coming out from greavy dein mix curd,curd,paneer and assorted vegges..and dein cook it for five minutes..
