Ingredients

  • 2 kgs Carrots
  • 1 tspCardamon powder
  • strandsfew Saffron
  • Orange Food colour
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 1 tinEvaporated Milk
  • 1 tinNestle Cream (Tin Cream)
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1 cupKhoya (Mawa)
  • Sugar (as required)

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep all in a pot except cream and keep on boil let it cook till done and dried up.
    Add cream and little cardamon powder and dry it up.
    Garnish with Almond and Pistachios flakes.

    NB: I served with whipped vanilla cream and base made sponge cake.
