Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl wheat flour
  2. 1 bowlgrated carrots,beans,peas
  3. 1 cupgrated paneer
  4. 1 cupsoya bean powder
  5. 1 tspGarlic paste
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspnOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take in a bowl wheat flour, veggies, paneer, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and oil and knead to a dough with water

  2. 2

    Roll out slightly thick parathas.

  3. 3

    Roast parathas on tawa with oil or ghee.

  4. 4

    Serve with curd or ketchup.
