  • Milk
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Get a round container so it easy to whisk

  2. 2

    1 quarter cup chia seeds

    1 cup of milk. Can use measuring jug.

    1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey

  5. 5

    1 quarter spoon of vanilla extract

  6. 6

    Use a fork to whisk

  7. 7

    Get all chia seeds off the walls

  8. 8

    Put in fridge for 1 day
