Soak both the daal for 2 to 3 hours then put the both daal with jeera,hing,red chilli and ginger in mixi jar and make it into a paste then steam on idli plate for ten minutes and then transfer to a Kadai with oil and sauté for 5 mins then cool and transfer back to the mixy jar add salt and blend to coarse powder. Keep aside.

Now cook the cauliflower with salt and then add daal to it and mix well.
