In a bowl add shorgum flour, pinch salt, ghee mix well.

Add water and knead soft dough.divide the dough into 2 portions.

Take a portion and roll it carefully, roast on tawa from both sides on medium heat.prepare both roties same way.

Now in a bowl tear the roti to bite sized pieces and then crumble with your hands.

Add warm ghee, jagerry, chopped roasted almonds, cardamom powder and rub nicely with your hands.(you can also grind little in grinder).

Healthy and tasty jowar flour kutti or malida is ready to serve, serve hot.

You can take any flour to make malida,like wheat and bajra flour.
