Ingredients

1 cupmung dal
1rohu fish heat
1 tspginger paste
1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
1 tspgarlic paste
2 tbspchopped coconut
1 tspred chilli Powder
1 tspcumin seed
1dry red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and fry the fish head,keep aside
2

Now add cumin seed, chopped coconut,bay leaf and red chilli
3

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well
4

Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix
5

Add salt and turmeric powder and fish head
6

Now pour dal and boil till fish head is soft
7

Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
