Steps

Using a blender, blend rice into rough particles (do not let it be smooth and powdery)

Wash the rice and Soak it for about 5 minutes then drain it

Bring your water to boil in a steaming pot and then pour the rice over second plate of the steaming pot that is above the boiling water

Keep an eye on the water level and check the rice from time to time to know if it’s soft enough

In a bowl mix oil and the cooked dambu and add all other ingredients, already chopped and steamed vegetables, onions,garlic ginger pepper Add seasoning to taste and allow it to steam for another five minutes

Serve hot and bon apetit!
