Mix salt and pepper, chilli powder, oregano, lime juice and ginger garlic paste with olive oil and marinate chicken for 1/2 hr or overnight

Coat chicken pieces with bread crumbs and pan fry until golden brown on both sides, around 3 minutes each side

Serve with salad as protein or as a side with mains or just nibble with a nice red wine
