Wash rice parboil.cook for about 5minutes.rinse with ordinary water and divide into two.

Cook the chicken to be soft with salt,o ion,seasoning,remove the chicken and set aside.

Add the parboiled rice into the stock,and add curry,untill you get the desired colour.make sure the water in the rice not upto the rice level.when the water has dried set aside.

Add vegetable oil in a frying pan place on the heat,pour in onion and the sliced vegetable(green pepper,carrots and green beans)

In another pan add parboiled rice and the fried vegetables add salt,ginger and garlic,seasoning and mixed fried rice spice stir and leave on the heat for two minutes.

Repeat same for the remaining rice and vegetables.
