Ingredients

  • 1medium onion
  • 2 tbsp.cooking oil
  • Halfcabbage (used 6 leaves)
  • 1 lb.ground meat
  • For stuffing
  • 1egg
  • 20 gpanko(bread crumbs)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Carrots
  • 1 stalkgreen onions
  • 1 teaspoonflour
  • For sauce
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1large garlic cloves, minced
  • 5medium diced tomatoes
  • 50 mltomato juice
  • 1 cupchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed the ground meat, onions and stuffed ingredients. Set aside

    Boil the cabbage leaves. Sprinkled with salt. Set aside in ice water. Drain

  3. 3

    Stuffed the ingredients in the cabbage leaves and roll it up.

  4. 4

    Heat up the pan. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil, sautee the garlic and bay leaves till it fragrance.

  5. 5

    Add the diced tomatoes and juice, and the stock.

  6. 6

    Add the cabbage rolls. And let it boil for 20mins. In a Medium to low fire.
