Steps

Wash the daal and add into pressure cooker, add peeled and diced carrot. (Do 2-3 pc of carrot), 2tbsp sugar and add enough water, simmer for 2 mins and then cover the lid and do 3 whistles. Wait to cool down completely.

After opening, mash carrots and add sugar as per your taste, cardamom powder and ginger. Mix well and simmer till it thickens. Last add ghee and saute, keep stirring. Turn off heat and keep aside.

Take wheat flour into a bowl and add oil, enough water to bind stiff to smooth dough. Leave for 5-10 mins. Then add 3-4 drops of oil and knead until smooth.

Take a part of dough and roll them with rolling pin, roll half, add 1 1/2 tbsp (near to) stuffing with making ball. Slightly press it. Take rolled roti overcome it. (Cover properly with roti.) Roll again lightly and prepare stuffed roti.

Heat tawa and put into it. Roast 1st side, then turn, now add ghee and flip it. Again on 2 and side apply ghee and flip it again. Saute light brown both the sides.

Again top with ghee, and serve hot.
