Ingredients

  1. 200 gmripe avocado
  2. 50 gmcherry tomatoes
  3. 40 gmred onion
  4. 100 gm lebanese cucumber
  5. 2-4 piecesfresh mozrella or bocacinni
  6. 1 popdam
  7. as neededoil for frying
  8. as neededfew mint leaves
  9. For the dressing
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  12. as neededfew mint leaves
  13. 2 tbsplemon dressing
  14. 1 tspsumac

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the popdam using back pf laddle and hold untill it's shape like bowl.this will become the serving of salad

  2. 2

    Mix all the veggies in a bowl

  3. 3

    For dressing combine olive oil,lemon juice,black pepper,sumac and give it a good mix.

  4. 4

    Add the salad in popdam bowl

  5. 5

    Pour dressing over the salad and. fresh mozrella or boccacini and serve.
