In a pan put oil and heat and add mustard seeds and green chilli and curry leaves and add water boils comes off the flame and tadka put in the steamed khaman dhoklas.

The besan khaman dhokla is ready to serve with green chutney or sauce.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
