Take a big bowl, add rice flour and finely chopped onions,grated carrot,capsicum,coriander leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds,salt and start adding water lilltle by little to form a dough.Do not add more water as if it becomes watery the roti do not turn out in it's shape.Take a tennis ball sized dough and spread it on kadai or tawa of your choice,spread oil on kadai,while spreading spread it with all the five fingers intact and make holes in the middle as shown in the picture below.

Keep it on low flame untill it turns little brownish in colour.If you want your rotti to be crispy spread it on kadai and if it needs to be soft spread it on tawa.

Serve it with pickle or curd and chutney powder or chutney of your choice !!!
