Ingredients

30 to 45 minute
  1. Caramel:
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. Cake mixture:
  4. 2white eggs
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1 cuppineapple juice
  7. 2 cupsflour
  8. 1tblspn baking powder
  9. 8 pcsround pineapple slices

Cooking Instructions

30 to 45 minute
  1. 1

    In pan,put sugar bring it to the fire and let it become light brown,or caramel color. Then throw the caramel in removable pan. Set aside.

    In bowl, put first egg white and sugar. Whisk until you get the fluppy white then add pineapple juice,oil,flour and baking powder. And mix it well.

    In the other side,,put the pineapple up the caramel and put the cake mixture.

  4. 4

    Put inside the oven,open down for 20 minutes then open up until the cake become brown.. but its depend on you.
