Ingredients

  • 1Brinjal sliced
  • 1 tspsalt and sugar
  • 1-2 pinchturmeric powder
  • As neededmustard oil

    Season the brinjals with salt,sugar and turmeric powder

    Heat oil and deep fry the slices from both sides
