In a deep vessel add semolina, gram flour, dahi, green chilli and ginger paste, salt,sugar,curd, lemon juice and 1 tsp hot oil. Make a batter with adding some water in it.

In a steamer add water and put that on flame. till it boils.

Grease a tray.

Add baking soda in the batter and stir Consistently in one direction.

Pour the batter in tray and cover it. Steam it for 15-20 mins.

For tadka heat oil, add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,sesame, hing, curry leaves, green chilli,stir it. Add a sip of water in it let it boil and off the flame.

Sprinkle red chilli powder on dhokla and spread tadka on it. Cut in to small pieces and serve it with green Chutney or tomato sauce.
