Ingredients

  • 1 cuproasted chana dal
  • 1/2-3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupGhee or as required
  • SomeSliced cashews and almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast dal in kadhai till light brown colour.

  2. 2

    Make a powder of it in mixer.

  3. 3

    Add sugar pwder, cardamom powder, almonds and cashews in it. Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Pour ghee (melted) in it and make ladoos of it.
