Wash your sobo and boil,pour grinded dried ginger and cloves, throw a little potash to remove the sour taste of the sobo

Peel your guava and remove the seed,then blend until smooth,sieve and keep aside

When sobo cools down,sieve and put sugar,Foster Clark's and sieved guava,stir well
- 4
Garnish with cucumber and chill
