Ingredients

  1. 30 gSalted Butter
  2. 4 tbspwhipping cream
  3. 100 gcream cheese
  4. 60 gmarble cheese
  5. 2 cupswater
  6. 1chicken bullion cube
  7. 2.5 cupssteamed broccoli (1 stock)
  8. 1/3 cupalmond flour
  9. 1/8 tspnutmeg
  10. 1/8 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Steam broccoli, put to side.

    Combine butter, whipping cream, cream cheese, marble cheese, once melted add remaining ingredients including broccoli.

    Use blender to blend. add salt as required to taste.
