2 bowlmulti grain flour
1Grated beetroot
1grated radish
1grated onion
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
1 tbspoil
To tasteSalt
1/2 tbspjeera
1/2 tbspcoriander, turmeric and red chilli powder
as neededChopped coriander leaves

Take multigrain flour and add grated beetroot radish and onion then add oil salt and all spices and mix well.

Now knead it into a soft dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Now make it into a Puri or paratha.

Healthy and tasty beetroot paratha is ready. Serve with chutney or sauce.
