Homemade healthy vegetable curry made with readily available ingredients. Serve it hot with chapati, flat bread or rice.

Arrange ingredients and heat oil in wok.

Add onions and saute them. Then add tomato and green chilli.

After that add spices and mix, cook and mash well. Then add peas.

Mix and cook until bubbles form. Now add potatoes.
- 5
Mix well and add 1 cup water and cook on low to medium flame until peas and potatoes are cooked. When curry is made. Garnish with coriander or parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy.
