Steps

Mix salt and water in wheat flour and knead a soft dough

Peel skins of carrot and beetroot

Peel and mash boiled potatoes

Finely Chop all vegetables in vegetable chopper except potato

Squeeze excess water of chopped veggies and mix in mashed potato

Mix salt and other spices in it

Apply oil on both sides of papad and roast in a pan

Devide the dough in 5 parts and stuff the stuffing

Roll into a thick paratha by rolling gently

Roast from both sides by applying oil on pan

Keep prepared paratha on a plate and cut upper layer in eight portion like pizza

Open layers like sunflower

Crush roasted papad on paratha and grate cheese over it

Put some green chutney on prepared paratha and Serve with rayta.
