Ingredients

  1. Peeled potatoes
  2. leavesPumpkin
  3. Minji
  4. to taste Salt
  5. Cooking oils
  6. 2spring onions
  7. leavesPumpkin
  8. Green peas (minji)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil both potatoes pumpkin leaves and the minji with salted water leave them to cook

    Fry the chopped spring onions cook untill golden brown.add to the cooked Mixed potatoes and mash till tender.. add a spoonful of blueband while mashing

    Serve while hot
