Ingredients

  • 2Potatoes
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 2 pieceskamal kakdi wash and cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on pressure cooker add cumin seeds, when it crackle, add garam masala and kamal kakdi and spices mix well.

  2. 2

    Check when kamal kakdi is soft add peas and aloo and water again cook for 3 whistles.

  3. 3

    Sabji is ready.

  4. 4

    Add half glass water and take 4-5 whistles.
