  1. Palmoil
  2. Egusi(blended)
  3. Salt
  4. Meat
  5. Onion
  6. Pepper
  7. Vegetable
  8. Crayfish
  9. Royco seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Spice and boil meat.

  2. 2

    Bleach palmoil,fry the egusi stir as is frying.when is well fried pour in the boiled meat and stock and still boil

  3. 3

    Add crayfish,pepper,salt,dry fish(washed),and royco seasoning.

  4. 4

    Rinse and cut vegetable and pour in after 8minutes.
