Peel mangos and slice off the pip and as many as possible.

Use the strainer to make sure that it's smooth and to ensure any pip veins are not in your final product.

Refrigerate the mango syrup, milk and granadilla pulp overnigt together with your ice cream maker container which goes into the freezer.

Add on to Ice cream moulds and freeze. After 10hrs they are ready to eat.

After 8 hrs you can mix all ingredients add it cold into the maker and let it run according to machine instructions.
