In a heavy vessel add milk to boil.

After one boil stir it regularly with in 3-5 minutes.

When it reduced to half add alum in small portions.

While adding alum stir continuously.

When it goes thick add 1 spoon sugar and stir.

When sugar dissolve completely add another portion of sugar.

Add all sugar like this.

Now add cardamom powder and mix well.

Add desi ghee in small portion and mix well.

Now grease a tin from ghee and transfer it immediately.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits.

Cover it with a blanket for 5-6 hours.

After time cut in to pieces and serve.
