Make a soft dough of wheat flour and maida to make the rolls more healthy.adding salt and moan.Keep the dough to rest fr 20 min

To make stuffing heat oil..Add onions and green chilli slits.add little salt and now add all the veggies one by one.and keep on stirring in between. Add sauces and stir on high flame so that oil comes out of the sauces.add salt as required.sprinkle oregano and mixed herbs which enhances the taste of stuffing. Don't overcook the veggies and off the flame

Take small portion of the dough and make thin parathe from it.

Now to assemble it place the stuffing on the middle of the paratha.spread tomato sauce and chopped onions and green chilli on stuffing and slowly roll it and serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce as per paste it with some salad
