Ingredients

250 gmsGreen chilli
1/2 tsphaldi/turmeric powder
1 tbspRai/mustard powder
1 tbspsaunf/fennel powder
As requiredSalt

Steps

Firstly wash green chillies and dry in sunlight for 1/2 hours

Slit green chillis.In a bowl mix dry masala and stuff in green chillis and put in a container.

After 5 days pickle is ready to serve.

Enjoy with roti or Parantha.
