Defreeze fish, cut in 2 from head to tail. Debone and cut into small chunks. Season and set aside.

In a pan, put oil and allow to heat up. Pour in blended tomato mix and fry till dry.

Add spices + ginger and garlic mix to stew, mix to incorporate. Add in fish and keep stirring till fish has form and it's cooked, 5mins.

Add in chopped onion, green pepper and cabbage. Stir a bit and put off heat.
