Ingredients

  1. 1big Iced fish(Cote)
  2. 2Cooking spoons Blended tomatoes, peppers and onions
  3. 1medium Onion(chopped)
  4. 1 handfulcut cabbage
  5. 1big green bell pepper(cut)
  6. Spices
  7. 1 tablespoonGinger and garlic(pounded)
  8. 1cooking spoon Olive oil

  1. 1

    Defreeze fish, cut in 2 from head to tail. Debone and cut into small chunks. Season and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan, put oil and allow to heat up. Pour in blended tomato mix and fry till dry.

  3. 3

    Add spices + ginger and garlic mix to stew, mix to incorporate. Add in fish and keep stirring till fish has form and it's cooked, 5mins.

  4. 4

    Add in chopped onion, green pepper and cabbage. Stir a bit and put off heat.
