Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 tspajwain
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 5-6boiled potatoes
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspamchur
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put maida,salt,ajwain and water knead the dough.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add spices and potatoes saute it.

  3. 3

    Make balls with the dough roll make samosa shape fill potato mixture bind tightly.

  4. 4

    Add in hot oil and deep fry till golden in colour

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney
