Sabbakki payasa (Sabudana kheer)

Steps

Soak Sabudana in water for two hours.Drain off the water untill all the starch has gone off.

Boil milk in heavy bottomed vessel.Add soaked Sabudana to this and stir it continuously untill it gets cooked.

Now add sugar and stir it.

Add saffron soaked in milk.add elaichi powder and stir it.

Garnish it with raisins !!! Serve it in serving bowl hot or chilled!!
