Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cream butter and sugar roughly (do not cream like you're baking cake) add the eggs, add flavours and mix, add baking powder in the flour, add the flour little by little and continue mixing, make sure all the flour goes into the bowl. Continue mixing until the turning stick cannot move again. It is now time to use your hands. Knead the cookie dough until smooth and everything is well mixed. Put the dough in a cookie press and press out shapes on a baking tray greased with butter.
- 2
If you don't have the cookie press, you can roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut out using a shape cutter. Lay on the baking tray and bake for about an hour or until the cookies can be lifted easily from the baking tray.
- 3
Your cookies are ready enjoy.

Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies
I used to make these okara cookies a lot. Depending on how thick you make them, they become soft or crispy cookies.I bake them very thin.Make the dough as flat as you can when you bake them. Put the cookies in a container (plastic Tupperware, plate, etc) lined with kitchen towels, and leave them without any cover in the refrigerator. The cookies will dry out and even soft and moist cookies will become crispy with time. Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan
