Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and fry the eggs

Remove eggs and fry onion and garlic

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well

Pour water and simmer till the Potatoes are soft

Add eggs and sugar boil and mix garam masala powder
- 8
Serve it with rice
