Steps

Boil the milk in a heavy base pan and add soaked and roasted rice And mix dryfruits of your choice. Cook for one or two hours or until rice are perfectly cooked. Add saffron milk too.

Now add grated khoya to the prepared kheer and add sugar. Keep stirring till both are dissolved.

Garnish with almonds, pistachio and cardamom powder. Serve hot or cold as per one’s wish.
