Ingredients

  1. 1 small katoriSuji-
  2. 3-4 teaspoonsWheat flour-
  3. 2Grated carrot
  4. 1 small katoriMilk-
  5. 3-4 teaspoonsLittle soaked sago (sabudana)-
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder-
  8. 1/4 teaspoonCoriander powder-
  9. Pinchcumin seeds
  10. Pinchajwain
  11. As neededLittle water to make a smooth batter
  12. as neededOil for greasing Appe pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth flowy batter with all suji,wheat flour,grated carrot anddry masalas.

  2. 2

    Mix and beat gently well.

  3. 3

    Now grease the appe pan.

  4. 4

    Now pour the batter in each vaccum and cover with lid.

  5. 5

    Cook on sim from both the sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tea or coffee.

  7. 7

    Enjoy.
