Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupdesi ghee
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsugar or as per taste
  • 1 tspCardamon powder
  • SomeDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly make dough using wheat flour, rava,desi ghee and milk rest it for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Make normal parathas as you make but with lots of desi ghee once cooled break them with your hands or using mixer

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder to this and powdered sugar to this with fried dry fruits

  4. 4

    Mix everything and yes you are ready

help! the recipes says to make dough using wheat flour, rava,desi ghee and milk - but rava is not part of ingredients. please clarify. thanks.
