Bind to soggy batter (or say watery sticky dough) with coconut milk or just water and let it rise. Use yor fingers to scoop dollop of batter and deep fry in oil to crispy golden balls. Remove on plate.
Syrup:
Boil it till thickens to one string consistency, let it cool a bit add the golden balls and remove them on platter
