Steps

Boil water.Add sugar.Remove from gas and mix agar agar to it nicely by continuously mixing it.

Divide it into 2 equal halves.

Add yellow colour and pineapple essence to 1 part and pour it into the mould.let it set half.

Add chopped fruits on top of pineapple jelly.

Now mix red colour and essence in other part.and pour it over fruits in a mould.

Let these moulds set fr 1-2hrs in fridge.

Demould and serve chilled!
