Heat up veg oil slice plantain and fry in it till is done.parboil spagetti

Slice the onion,pepper and tomato.fry in veg oil add water to boil abit tgen add salt,curry,thyme and maggi cubes.pour in the spagetti to boil till is softens very well.

Boil egg and slice into two and serve.
