Steps

Take a bowl add water cut brinjal in pcs and dip in water.

Take a potatoes peel cut in wedges and wash and dip in water.

Take a pressure cooker add oil and garlic saute add onion saute then all masala and tomato puree mix then add potato saute for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add brinjal mix then add half cup of water and cover with lid.

After 2 whistle flame remove.

Then garnish coriander and lemon juice mix and enjoy.
