As shrimp is very expensive, I only use tofu. The magic ingredient is Pad Thai sauce. Roasted peanut is a must, luckily this Pad Thai sauce contain roasted peanut. The cooking process is only 30 minutes but to clean all the stuff took almost the same time.

  • 150 grice vermicelli
  • 200 gtofu
  • 4egg
  • 50 gbean sprout
  • Pad Thai Sauce

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients. Boil noodle in hot water, put 1tbsp cooking oil, boil for 20 minutes, dry the noodle.

    Cut tofu small, mixed with egg, fry
