  1. 8boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 3/4 cupsmilk of your choice, divided
  3. 1 1/2 cupsflour of your choice
  4. 3eggs or equivalent of egg substitute
  5. 3/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  7. 1 tsptarragon
  8. 4 ozcanned sliced mushrooms, drained
  9. 1 tbspbutter
  10. 1 (10 3/4 oz)can cream of chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking pan.

    Arrange chicken in single layer in prepared baking pan.

    Combine 1 1/2 cups milk, the flour, eggs, & salt in medium bowl. Beat until blended. Add oil & tarragon & mix well. Pour over chicken in baking pan.

    Bake 65 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in chicken registers 180 degrees.

    Heat butter in saucepan until melted. Stir in mushrooms. Stirring frequently, until heated through.

    Add remaining milk & soup. Mix well. Cook, stirring continually, until heated through & of sauce consistency. Serve with chicken.
