Whisk the butter and powdered sugar until light and smooth.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and whisk until well combined.

Add all the flour and mix well with a spatula.

Then add the crushed cornflakes and chocolate chips, and mix well.

Take a tablespoon of dough, place it on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
