Steps

Take a kadhai and boil milk in it.

Wash the rice properly and put them in the milk and cook them on a low flame.

Add food colour to the milk.

Cook it for 10-15 minutes on a low flame.

Add crushed dry fruits to the milk.

After 15 minutes add sugar to the milk when the rice gets cooked.

When the milk gets thick add cardamon powder and ghee to the kheer.

Cook it for 2 minutes and put off the flame.
- 9
Garnish it with dry fruits and your kheer is ready to serve.
