Grilled chicken sandwich with wheat bread

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with the salt and spices

Slice the tomatoes into round slices and remove the wet middle using the knife
- 3
Wash the lettuce and pat dry
- 4
Put the olive oil in a non stick frying pan or grill pan and lightly grill the chicken on both sides till don.

Start to assemble your sandwich. First spread the slices of wheat bread with the ranch dressing, then lay the lettuce and then the tomatoes then the grilled chicken and finish up with the 2nd slice of bread.

Repeat for the next 2 slices of bread. Slice each set diagonally and hold in place using toothpicks.
