Ingredients

  • 1 gallonfresh cow milk/natural cow milk/plain cow milk
  • Vinegar or lemon juice
  • Veg oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big pot boil fresh milk on medium heat

    When it boils add vineger to make it curdle do not stire

    It will seperate from the water, pour the curds into a colander and let it drain for 2 hours or more

    Cut out the shape you need, and then deep fry in vegetable oil
