Da farko zaki wanke shinkafanki saiki tsaneshi a collender....

Grate ur attarugu nd albasa keep it aside...

Saiki zuba mai da ingredients dinki duka harda grated attarugu da albasanki saiki zuba shinkafan.....

Start stirring it....stirring continue until it become brown....

Saiki zuba ruwa kadan aciki....da spices dinki da garlic da cubes.....cover it lve it like 5_10 mnt den saiki sauke....

Garnish it with cucumber nd boiled egg.....serve it with Irish potatoe soup&pineapple
